Co-Chairs
In addition to the responsibilities of regular SC members, the Co-Chairs play a leading role in driving RiskKAN forward. Together they help shape the network’s direction and momentum by convening, preparing and chairing regular SC meetings, and guiding voting and decision-making processes, including those related to potential RiskKAN budgets.
They also help position RiskKAN internationally by shaping its contributions to key events and supporting and approving its participation. In close coordination with institutional partners, including ISC and the four programmes Future Earth, IRDR, WCRP and WWRP, the Co-Chairs contribute to strengthening collaboration and visibility. Where relevant, they also support the submission of a short annual report, depending on the type of partnership.
